After years of building an upstanding reputation in the legal industry, Managing Partner and trailblazer Atty. Edward Gialogo formally registered Gialogo and Associates (“G&A Law”) with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) last September 2017. Together with his experienced colleagues, G&A Law remains committed to its mission of providing excellent, ethical and exceptional legal services to its clients.
G&A Law is still located at Unit 102B Lokal Mall, Centennial Road, Kawit, Cavite.

We constantly strive to provide our clients unparalleled service and expertise in the areas of taxation, corporate, election law and estate settlement. We accomplish our goals by performing the dual role of a lawyer and a business advisor who commit to provide solutions and strategies which exhibit a clear understanding of our client’s unique business needs.

OUR MANAGING PARTNER
ATTY. EDWARD GIALOGO
Atty. Edward Gialogo is an expert in Tax, Corporation, and Election Laws. He obtained his law degree from San Beda University-Manila as a regular and honor student. After taking the bar in 2010, he began his career as a Senior Associate in the Tax Division of SyCip Gorres Velayo & Company (SGV).
In 2011, he joined the government as Attorney VI in the Office of Chairman Sixto S. Brillantes Jr. When Chairman Brillantes retired in 2015, he joined Arcilla & Associates where he assisted local and multinational companies in availing tax incentives. He also helped various candidates during the 2016 elections by giving advice to candidates at all stages of the election (filing of COC, campaign, etc.) and giving lectures on the following topics:
- Voting procedures for watchers;
- Canvassing procedure for lawyers; and
- Compliance with Rules on Campaign Finance.
In 2016, Atty. Gialogo returned to SGV as Associate Director in the Tax Division.
Currently, Atty. Gialogo is Managing Partner of Gialogo & Associates, a law firm primarily engaged in the practice of tax and corporation laws. Atty. Gialogo is also a professor. He was a lecturer of business laws to accountancy students of San Beda University and National University. He is a former Business Law Reviewer in the Review School of Accountancy (ReSA). Atty. Ed is also a recurring Tax Speaker at the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
